Skills for Friendship is a small group that supports your child to practice using expressive language appropriately with their peers in a fun and engaging setting. The class aims to expand their current language skills, pragmatics (social language) and develop fundamental educational and play skills.

At Children’s Therapy we offer social communication skills groups that encourage the development of children's skills through a positive and supportive approach. We encourage parent participation in the sessions so you can see hands on the strategies and games for you to incorporate at home to continue to support your child's ongoing development.
The groups at Children’s Therapy are led by experienced Speech and Language Therapists and offers a low ratio of therapist to child to allow targeted support to be provided throughout the sessions. Group numbers are between 4 and 6 children per class.
